Reporting a bug? Tell us the app and version (it is on the About screen), your device and OS version, and what you did just before it went wrong. That is usually enough to reproduce it.

How do I play?
Swipe in any direction and every tile slides as far as it can. Two tiles showing the same number merge into one worth double, and that is your score. After each move a new tile appears. Reach the goal tile before the board fills up. There is a full guide in the app under How to play.
The game is too easy, or too hard
Change the board size on the home screen. 3×3 asks for a 512 tile and is brutal, 4×4 is the classic 2048, 5×5 wants 4096 and 6×6 wants 8192. Best scores are tracked separately for each size, so switching costs you nothing.
I lost my progress
Progress lives only on your device. Uninstalling the app, or using Settings → Data → Reset all progress, erases it permanently. There is no cloud copy, so we cannot restore it — that is the trade for an app that collects nothing.
Turning off sound or vibration
Settings → Feel. Sound effects and haptics have separate switches, and animation speed can be set to Off if you want an instant board.
Undo is missing
It can be hidden: Settings → Board → Undo button. When visible it holds your last ten moves.
Android says the app is not commonly downloaded
That is Play Protect being cautious about a new APK installed outside the Play Store, not a sign of anything wrong. You can verify the file against the SHA-256 checksum published on the download page before installing.
