Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Hufbdo ("we", "us") develops and publishes mobile games and applications. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Hufbdo is the data controller for the limited processing described below.

2. Our mobile apps

Our apps do not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal data. Specifically, they contain:

• no user accounts, sign-in or registration;
• no analytics or telemetry SDKs;
• no advertising SDKs or ad identifiers;
• no crash or performance reporting services;
• no social, attribution or A/B testing SDKs.

Data the apps create — game progress, scores, history, achievements and preferences — is written to the app's private storage on your device and stays there. We have no server that could receive it and no way to read it.

That local data is included in device backups you make yourself (iCloud, Google, or a computer), under the terms of whoever provides that backup. Deleting the app deletes the data permanently. Where an app offers an in-app reset, using it erases the data without uninstalling.

3. This website

hufbdo.com is a static website. We set no cookies, use no analytics, embed no third-party trackers, and run no scripts that identify you.

The site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., which acts as our hosting and content delivery provider. To serve a page and to protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare necessarily processes technical connection data such as your IP address, the requested URL, your browser's user agent and a timestamp. This is standard server-log processing, retained by Cloudflare for a short period and used only for delivery, security and abuse prevention. We do not build profiles from it and do not combine it with anything else.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in delivering a working, secure website.

4. Email

If you write to us for support or any other reason, we receive your email address and whatever you put in the message. We use it only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering you, or performance of a contract where your message concerns an app you obtained from us. We delete support correspondence once it is no longer useful, and in any case within 24 months.

5. App stores

When you download one of our apps from the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store is an independent controller of the data it collects about the download, your payment (where applicable) and your account. We receive only aggregate, non-identifying sales and download figures. Their handling of your data is governed by Apple's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.

If you install an app by downloading an APK directly from this website, no store is involved and the request is handled as described in section 3.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability, plus the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Romania that is the ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).

In practice, the only personal data we hold about anyone is email correspondence. To exercise any right, write to privacy@hufbdo.com and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Children

Our apps are suitable for all ages and collect no data from anyone, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 through any channel. If you believe a child has sent us personal data by email, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International transfers

Cloudflare operates a global network, so a request to this website may be served from a data centre outside the European Economic Area. Cloudflare provides appropriate safeguards for such transfers, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Security

The website is served over HTTPS only. Because our apps hold no data on any server of ours, there is no central store to breach. Data on your device is protected by your device's own security.

10. Changes

If this policy changes we will publish the new version here with a new date at the top. Material changes affecting an app will also be noted in that app's release notes.
